This is a master piece by Wilhelm Friedrich Burger. The poster depicts a dog sleigh with its crew overlooking the fantastic view of Aletsch Glacier from Jungfraujoch. The Jungfraujoch lies at a height of 3,466 meters above sea level in the Bernese Alps. Since 1912, the Jungfraujoch is accessible to tourists by the Jungfrau line, a railway from Interlaken and Kleine Scheidegg, running partly underground through a tunnel through the Eiger and Mönch. The Jungfraujoch railway station, at an elevation of 3457 meters is the highest in Europe. This is a very rare poster and there are not many granted the privilege of owning one such a masterpiece. Ready to go on the wall!
