Presenting a magnificent original vintage railroad poster crafted by the esteemed poster designer Aage Rasmussen and released by DSB (The Danish State Railways) to showcase The Little Belt Bridge, today known as the Old Little Belt Bridge. When the new Little Belt Bridge came into use in 1970, the old bridge lost its function as the main traffic line for cars between Funen and Jutland; however, it is still used as the only railway bridge between Jutland and Funen.
The poster has a wonderful design by Aage Rasmussen showing the bridge's steel structure standing out as the main attraction, with color shades in dark blue, gray, and green. A steam engine train gracefully crosses the bridge, while a sailboat passes beneath it, adding a charming maritime element to the scene.
Maintained in very good condition, with only minor signs of age such as light wear and foxing in the lower margin, this poster promises to make a striking addition to any collection or decor scheme. Truly a conversation starter.
